Who we are

Who is intoMO? We are two software product builders united by intellectual curiosity and the creative need to explore the practical use of AI as an amplifier (not a replacement) of human skill.

We create Superminds: AI products, built production-ready, that solve important problems by amplifying the expertise of our clients. Our clients today are primarily leaders in financial services (wealth management, banking, and insurance). Our goal is simple: build something our clients can't imagine running their business without, and that gets more valuable every month they use it.

We strive to be good corporate citizens. The first evidence is our pro-bono work, Superminds forGood, which launched in August 2026 with intoMO ableMAIL, making digital communication accessible for people who otherwise struggle with email and texts.

We launched in January 2026 and have been cash-flow positive from day one. We are fully independent and run a no-nonsense, profitable business that makes more money than it spends. Our clients include a top-50 national wealth management firm, where a large Supermind solution has been in production with one of their regional teams since September 1.

We are just now completing a speaking tour, co-hosted with Kellogg alumni clubs in Atlanta, Miami, and Boston, that surpassed our expectations in attendance, seniority, engagement, and actionable leads. Now we need someone to make sure every one of those relationships is followed through, and to help run the business as it grows.

Who you are

Rock star? Pass. Friendly, fun, thoughtful, and capable? Let's talk.

You are the person people rely on to make things happen. You notice the loose end before anyone else does, and you tie it off without being asked. You're warm and polished with senior executives, steady when plans change at the last minute, and trusted with confidential information. You write clearly, you anticipate what's needed next, and you take pride in an event, a project, or a week that runs without surprises.

In broad strokes, you are a "Manager of One" who wants to become a "Manager of One-plus-AI". We will share our expertise in AI and learn from anything you've picked up. You do NOT need to be an AI guru. If you are an eager learner, a conscientious worker, and a thoughtful, kind, supportive human, you might just have a home here.

We don't place independent value on where you come from, where you live, where you worked before, where you went to school, whether you graduated, or how well you did. We care about who you are today, who you'll be tomorrow, and what you're able to do now.

You can live anywhere in the US (fully remote), as long as you can work normal business hours in Eastern or Central time.

What it's like to work here

Whatever we tell you is going to change, and you will help make that change.

You'll work directly with John, our CEO, as his right hand on growth and operations, with a standing weekly 1:1 and day-to-day access. As one of our first employees, you'll see how a company is built from the inside, and you'll have a real say in how it's built.

We're co-founders with a shared love of storytelling, sci-fi, and imagining what most others cannot, then making those imaginings real.

Our goal is a calm, low-distraction environment where you can do your best work. We're not there yet, so you'll need to be comfortable with some distractions at times. We work hard to give every employee the freedom, tools, trust, and support to do the best work of their career.

When you grow, we grow. Beyond short-term goals, we'll work with you on your career goals and personal growth, and help make them happen where we can. At six months, we'll sit down together and shape the next stage of this role around your strengths, whether that's more on the growth side, more on the operations side, or both.

We respect everyone's right to political expression and activism, but we avoid political debates on our internal communication systems. intoMO as a company does not weigh in on politics publicly, outside of topics directly related to our business. You should be at peace with both of these stances.

What you'll be doing (to start)

The job is easy to describe and hard to do well: make sure the important things happen, happen on time, and are done well. Our model is a small number of high-value clients, so every relationship, every follow-up, and every promise matters.

The role is roughly half growth (sales follow-through, events, and marketing) and half operations (keeping the CEO's commitments, calendar, and projects on track). John leads every sales conversation; you make sure none of them slip.

Growth: sales, events, and marketing

• Own our follow-up. Everyone we meet hears back from us quickly and personally, and the right conversations turn into meetings.

• Keep our sales pipeline current in our in-house AI sales pipeline: every lead up to date, every next step owned and dated. You'll use it every day and help us improve it.

• Plan and run events from first idea to final follow-up: venue, invitations, registration, logistics, day-of execution, and a written debrief so the next one is better.

• Keep our ideas moving into the world: blog posts, LinkedIn, and event materials, from draft to published.

Operations: running the business alongside the CEO

• Run the calendar and meeting prep, so John walks into every conversation ready.

• Track the commitments we make to prospects, clients, and partners, and make sure we keep them.

• Support our client work behind the scenes: scheduling reviews, tracking action items, and drafting follow-ups for John's review.

• Take special projects from idea to done, and keep our materials organized and easy to find.

• Turn how we work into simple, written playbooks, so the company runs on systems, not memory.

Bonus if you've planned events, supported a busy executive, coordinated talent or partners, written marketing materials, or worked a client-facing job where follow-through made the difference.

What success looks like in your first 90 days

• Every new contact has a logged, personalized follow-up within two business days (we aim for 24 hours).

• Our sales pipeline is current every day, and John never has to ask what's next with a lead.

• John's calendar and meeting prep run smoothly, and no commitment to a client or prospect is missed.

• You've taken at least one event from plan to debrief, mostly on your own.

Tools you'll use

Google Workspace, our in-house AI sales pipeline, event registration tools, LinkedIn, and AI tools (including the internal tools we build) for nearly everything above.

Compensation

Base salary of $55,000 to $60,000, depending on experience, with on-target earnings of about $70,000. Variable pay is tied to results you directly drive: follow-ups completed on time, qualified meetings held, and events delivered, plus a bonus when a client you sourced signs. You'll also be eligible for annual profit sharing.

We don't offer a group health plan or a 401(k) at this stage. We do provide a monthly health stipend toward your own coverage.

How to apply

Email john@intomo.ai with the subject line "Coordinator" and include:

• A short note (under 200 words) about why this role, and something you've organized that you're proud of.

• A short answer to this scenario: We just hosted a dinner for 15 executives. Tomorrow morning, you have the attendee list and John's notes, and John is in client meetings all week. What do you do? Half a page is plenty.

Because we handle confidential client information, this role requires a background check after a conditional offer, in line with our client and security commitments.

Those who stand out will be invited to a conversation.

Apply

We use AI to help screen applications, with a process and criteria we built specifically for this role, and we think you deserve to know how it works. Our criteria are aligned directly with this job description, and we'll send them to anyone who asks. John reviews the candidates our tools recommend and makes every interview and hiring decision personally.
