In addition to his industry work, John co-created and taught Kellogg’s MBA course Product Management for Technology Companies, co-authored HBS-published case studies used globally, and holds two mobile patents. He recently completed MIT’s Designing and Building AI Products and Services program, earning an Outstanding Assignment Award for his applied work on Superminds. He holds a BS in Operations Research Engineering from Cornell, an MBA from Kellogg, and a Masters of Engineering Management from Northwestern’s McCormick School of Engineering.
