We’re launching The intoMO Superminds for Good Initiative.

The idea is simple: help mission-driven organizations use AI with a clear purpose and a practical path forward.

Most of intoMO’s work is with businesses. We build custom AI Superminds for firms that want to turn AI into something that actually changes how important work gets done.

But we also believe this kind of capability should be available to nonprofits, mission-driven organizations, and individuals with meaningful needs who would not otherwise be able to access it.

A Supermind is a custom AI-powered application that combines AI with human expertise, structured workflows, thoughtful UX, governance, permissions, integrations, and system logic to help people do important work more effectively.

It is not just a chatbot.

It is a system designed around a real goal, a real process, and real people.

Through the Superminds for Good Initiative, intoMO will build one pro-bono Supermind at a time where a custom AI-powered system could make a meaningful difference.

How It Works

We will select organizations based on mission fit, potential impact, and whether a Supermind is the right tool for the problem.

From there, we will run three structured workshops to identify the biggest AI opportunity and define the solution.

The workshop outputs will include:

• A True North Statement that clearly defines the goal of the project

• A preliminary solution design

• A go-forward plan

Typically, the Supermind will be fully operational about 30 days later.

intoMO will contribute the strategy, design, and build work pro bono.

The only costs would be direct pass-through operating costs, such as hosting or AI model usage, and we will design carefully to keep those as low as possible.

Guidelines for a High-Impact Supermind for Good

The best fit will usually have three characteristics:

• A meaningful mission with a real operational need

  The organization or individual should be doing work that matters, with a specific challenge where better systems could make a meaningful difference.

  
  

• A clear process where AI and human judgment can work together

  A strong Supermind opportunity is not just “use AI somehow.” It is a situation where AI can help structure information, guide work, reduce friction, or surface insights while people remain central to the decisions.

  
  

• A practical path to a first working version

  The right project may be ambitious. What matters is that we can identify a high-impact starting point, define it through three structured workshops, and build an initial operational version quickly.
