As Head of Product Management at Forte Group, I served as overall executive lead and owner of the engagement—working closely with OppFi leadership, product, engineering, and compliance stakeholders to move from concept to launch. The effort balanced speed and innovation with rigorous governance, customer experience design, and delivery discipline.
The result was a scalable, production-ready platform that enabled OppFi to introduce a new product offering aligned with its mission of bridging the credit access gap.
